This is my absolute favorite dish for when I’m feeling under the weather! My mom used to make it for me when I was sick and to this day I firmly believe that it is a cure-all!

So excited about Marvin’s cookbook!! I am going to grab a copy as soon as I can!

Hi Terra! You’re right this Arroz Caldo was perfect for a cold winter night. But in the Philippines, we have it all year round, no matter what the weather is like.
