I wish I could travel more in Asian countries while I was in Japan! It’s so hard to go to other Asian countries than Japan (or Taiwan for inlaws) because they would feel like “why you are in Asia and not spending time with us?” LOL. I hear all the great stories about food there and only way to enjoy is learning how to cook form you! This looks comfort food to me. Delicious, Elizabeth!
