Thanks, Liren! You’re right, our crisp veggie lumpias are undefeated. We keep going back to it again and again. Try making a batch and keep it in the freezer in small ziploc bags. I just pull out a bag when I don’t know what to make for dinner. You just gave me a great idea with your Mom’s version ~ I must try this with camote/sweet potato! Thanks for the nice comments. I have never had it with potato, though surely it is similar to my mom’s version with kamote! Yum! Thanks for reminding me that it’s been a while since I’ve made lumpia.

Hi Nami! Yes, these crisp vegetable lumpias are definitely a family favorite. I always have some in my freezer. As soon as I have assorted veggies laying around, I make some lumpia and freeze. Try making some yourself. The kids will love it in their lunchboxes. Mine grew up on these 🙂
