Hi, Amanda. When cooking with an Instant Pot Pressure Cooker, press the &quot;saute&quot; button to saute the onions and garlic in the oil first. Then turn off the &quot;saute&quot; button, pour all the ingredients as indicated. Close the lid and adjust the settings and time to High Pressure on the keypad. Hope that helps.]]></description>
