Hi Colleen, you can safely leave marinated chicken (covered) in the fridge up to 2 days, according to the US Dept. of Agriculture. Marinated pork can safely stay up to 5 days in the fridge (source: foodsafety.gov). I kept the chicken and pork marinated separately for this recipe for 36 hours. Hope this helps.]]></description>
