					<description><![CDATA[Not sure if I’m just uneducated as a baker lol but my cake was not anywhere near fine in 30 mins. I do understand it’s a “guide” but I was at 1 hour 15 mins before my cake tester came out clean. I also made a little extra mango purée and blended with sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese! Absolutely the perfect glaze for this cake. The tang of cream cheese, the luscious mango purée and the sweetened condensed milk brought out all the right notes of the cake!]]></description>
