Thanks, Terra. You may want to try buying a block of tamarind concentrate (see photo on this post). It doesn’t cost much. You’ll find it in Asian groceries perhaps in the Thailand aisle. You’ll be amazed at how a small cube can do so much to a dish. You can use it for dishes, desserts and beverages. Glad you came by! Hugs 🙂
