Thanks, Nami. I can’t forget how my Mom made Misua soup often when we were growing up. She cooked it often for my little sister who was a picky eater. I’ve made it many times for my own family and we never get tired of it. You’re right, the silky noodles are similar to Japanese somen. Delish!
