Hubad translates to naked. And this is a vegetable egg roll minus a wrapper. An assortment of vegetables are cut up.  Use potatoes, green beans, carrots, jicama, all sautéed in onions, garlic and celery, sprinkled with fish sauce. Top it with the salty-sweet paalat sauce, sprinkle with peanuts and crisp garlic bits.]]></description>
