If you're a fan of instant noodles this will be your new fiery favorite. The dish combines two kinds of Korean instant noodles: Chapagetti and Neoguri. This is a popular common man's meal in South Korea. Chapagetti are Chinese-inspired ramen and Neoguri are Japanese-style udon. I added tender beef cubes and it was a hearty meal. Put them together and enjoy both beef and seafood flavors in a spicy gravy made from the instant packets.
*I share two alternative ways to cook this: In the Instant Pot or stove-top.

This is so convenient to cook especially on a busy weeknight. Or on weekends, if you want to spend less time in the kitchen but would still like a home-cooked meal. Stir fry vegetables in season. Throw in some savory ham cubes. Mix it all up and serve with a bowl of boiled rice.

The popularity of furikake has grown in America in the last few years. It is often sprinkled on rice, vegetables and fish when cooking. I added a thin layer of mayonnaise on top of the salmon before sprinkling the seasoning, which made the fish moist and juicy. My mom's 'pescado con mayonesa' recipe of long ago came to mind when I spread the mayo all around.
