I’ve never seen guava jelly and now I want one! What a great idea to use waffles for savory dish! I’m drooling just looking at the beef brisket. I’m sure your dad would have been very proud of his grandson. 🙂

wowza, your son could cook.. not just cook but his concoction is impressive. i’m pretty sure your dad would enjoy this with his ice cold san mig… most def!
