Apple Loaf Cake with Honey
This is a fairly easy Apple Loaf Cake with Honey that only needs a few ingredients and requires minimal prep work. Simply mix together the batter and apple slices. Pour everything into a loaf pan and bake. While it's baking, have the jar of honey ready. As soon as the cake comes out of the oven, pour some honey all over the freshly-baked loaf. This was inspired by a previous blog post here on Asian in America. Serves 4 to 6.
