But once thawed, pan frying the meat on the stovetop takes 20 minutes to transform into a luscious, tender chicken tocino that's both sweet and savory. I tried to recreate what a famous Filipino restaurant serves and my family loved the homemade version best. First, oven-bake the chicken cutlets. The ube waffles, consisting of ube powder and extract, are made in the waffle maker. Serve the waffles warm with butter and syrup; and the chicken straight from the oven. ]]></description>
