Hi Gia, in my experience, the bibingka spoiled &amp; went bad when I froze it with the banana leaf stuck to it. But you can try doing it and see what happens. You can also ship the bibingka separately from the banana leaf to your family - just tell them to heat it with the banana leaf.]]></description>
