Thanks, Nami. So kind of you. Your comments are so helpful and heartwarming. I suggest you also make your kids "help" you when washing or preparing vegetables. I tried doing that and it worked up their appetites. So by the time we sat down to dinner they really liked the vegetable dishes I put before them. Enjoy the summer's bounty of vegetables with your family!

We love ground meat over rice like this too. With flavorful meat, the rice as comfort food, it's so delicious! I started to feed veggies when they were young and definitely did my best to "hide" veggies when they start to give me "no" to this and that. I think hiding still worked the best for my kids as they are so used to the taste of veggies and when they got older they were surprised what they thought they don't like actually tastes good or okay. Just the "thought" of veggies, I guess. You're such a good cook, and your boys are so lucky growing up in your home!! I wish I could be one of your kids. ;)
