Green Mango Margarita Cocktail

I concocted a tart, tangy, slightly sweet Green Mango Frozen Margarita Cocktail drink with green, unripe, fresh mangoes. I added coarse, dark pink salt flakes to the rim. It was a refreshing, heady cocktail we enjoyed and paired well with many Filipino and Asian dishes I often make. This is an Asian In America recipe. Makes 1 to 2 servings.
